Reverse logistics in rural areas is different from the general reverse logistics, and has its own special network structure and mode. This paper first analyzes the development in the world of reverse logistics and reverse logistics in rural areas, then the significance of the proposed development of reverse logistics in rural areas, focusing on the development patterns and characteristics of reverse logistics in rural areas. The key to development in rural areas of reverse logistics is the structural design of the reverse logistics network, a network structure suitable for reverse logistics in rural areas should be able to simulate the reverse logistics network of rural health.
